WHAT IS THE PBFC?
The Pavel Bure Fan Club (hence the initials PBFC), is a non-profit information news service run solely by fans of Pavel Bure.Initially, we had a membership base, membership fees and membership meetings. But since Pavel Bure has been traded to other teams, the PBFC has become an information based web site only. There is no fees, memberships or anything to join. Just enjoy the web site!
WHEN DID IT START?
The first organizational meetings were held in Vancouver back in 1991. The club had it's first public meetings and newsletters in 1992.WHAT CAN YOU DO TO HELP?
Since the PBFC is run by fans of Pavel, we depend on all manner of public news services. Anyone knowing of any news or information about Pavel is requested to email the fan club at pbfc@hotmail.com and we will see that it is posted for all other Pavel Bure fans to see on this web site.If you have any photos or memorabilia of Pavel, do not hesitate to contact us, so we can include it on our web site. Poems and drawings are also welcome.
Any suggestions or programming hints are also welcome.
PLEASE NOTE:
We do not provide private translation service from Russian to English. That in it self is a very time consuming task, and we'd rather spend it watching Pavel Bure play hockey, or search the Internet for news items regarding him.Likewise, we cannot help with research projects regarding specific news items or photographs.
As well, we do not, and cannot, arrange private e-mail or letter mail for Pavel, nor arrange meetings or such.
