Pavel Bure of the Vancouver Canucks was recognized as the top vote-getter in balloting for the team. Bure, although not officially named to the team, received more total votes than any player on the ballot. Since the forward plays both right and left wing, his vote was split amongst the writers and individually did not exceed the vote totals of the selected players for those positions.
